Each service naturally has it's own processing times and return policies. I have done my best to give you all the information needed below but if there's anything further you might want to know then please contact me here.

Unfortunatley, I not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers and cannot refund the postage cost for mailing.
Teemill
For all clothing and tote products I use Teemill. They are a sustainable, print on demand platform I have used for years, and love the quality of their clothing and other printed products. Yes there are plenty of other providers of print on demand clothing products, however, I try to make things thoughtfully, so with Teemill I can offer high-quality, responsibly made clothing without compromising my values.

The Creative Hub
For all giclée prints I use The Creative Hub. They ship worldwide from the UK and offer high grade printing AND framing solutions. Here's a link about shipping and fullfilment.
Original & Limited Edition Art, Pins, Postcards and Stickers
For all these products... I hold, ship and fulfill these items myself. Some policies are outlined below.

Originals: I cannot offer returns or exchanges on any paper prints, canvas art, original paper art or accessories.

Damaged Items: If your parcel and product has been damaged in the post and the print, original art or item has been damaged, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item or items, and I will make a claim with the relevant courier.

UK Shipping: I send all original art, 2nd class tracked with Royal Mail. My process times are usually within 1-3 business days.

International Shipping: Currently I am not selling these products outside of the UK. This will change, I just need to get me head around international postage and taxes.

For all orders: Items are generally shipped and packaged individually so there is a postage cost per item. I package items individually to keep products in as good quality as possible during transit.
